Decades of Service to Central Florida
The roots of James & Zimmerman reach back to 1967, when attorney Craig T. James began practicing law and founded the firm. Partner Mark A. Zimmerman joined in 1977, solidifying the legal leadership team that has been in place for more than three decades now.
From the very beginning, we have emphasized traditional service. We are committed to providing courteous, personal and prompt attention in every case. We believe in seeking results that are designed to meet your needs, while displaying professionalism in every interaction, not only with you, but also with opponents, witnesses and judges. This is why our lawyers are trusted in DeLand and beyond.
Legal Service in a Comfortable Environment
Our law firm is located in a 100-year old restored house in downtown DeLand. The distinguished style of our office provides an impressive setting. You will find it a comfortable place to engage in confidential discussions of your legal issue.
Of course, it's not just the setting that is designed to make these discussions comfortable. We take great care to spend the appropriate amount of time with you, to answer all of your questions and to make sure you understand your options. We believe that you need complete information in order to make the decision that is best for you, whether your case involves personal injury, workers' compensation, Social Security disability, family law, criminal law or any other issue. We will provide that information.
A Tradition of Service to Our Community and Our Profession
Our attorneys are devoted to serving our community inside of the courtroom and beyond:
